Building Components is the Business Development operation for companies with emerging technologies within the materials supply chain for the construction industry.

We operate with the following four main companies Elements Europe - Volumetric Pods( Complete Room-Pods) - Suitable for Hotel, Care Homes, Student Accommodation SIP Build - Supply Strutuctral Insulated Panels (The next step up from timber frame) Complete structures or Infill panels on steel or concrete structures Pultec - Supply GRC Windows as an alternative to Alumium. They are Greener (made from sand) and more thermally efficient Strength to weight ratio is also better to aluminium. They do not rot in adverse atmospheric conditions i.e. seaside locations. Thermally inert. They are also cheaper Techlam - A Ceramic Cladding system. Produced in sheet form 3.6m x 1.2mx 5mm Thick. It can be used as an external cladding using an approved rail system, as an internal cladding using approved glues, as flooring system, it can also be used for worktops counter tops and even in the manufacture of furniture. Its main properties are its strength, its ability to reject graffiti and it is total scratch proof.
