Thomas Consulting was founded in Wellington, Shropshire in 1979, by core personnel from Telford Development Corporation. The Partnership has flourished over the 30 years since then, establishing offices in Preston (1990) and Lancaster (1994) and gaining a reputation for quality services in Structural & Civil Engineering.

We have been involved in a considerable range of projects, from refurbishments and underpinning through to large-scale housing developments and multi-million pound commercial premises, we also offer a comprehensive portfolio of backup and specialist support services.
