Member Description:
Eco-architecture practice based in Ellesmere, Shropshire, specialising in the retrofit of existing homes and businesses and in the creation of sustainable new developments.

Central to our philosophy is the desire that all projects undertaken by greenspace architects ltd – whether small alterations and extensions to a house or a large commercial development - will be sustainable in the widest sense and aim to increase the energy efficiency – and therefore reduce energy bills and carbon emissions - of existing buildings or create highly efficient eco-friendly new buildings, whilst in all cases improving the look and feel of a building or place.

We use industry-leading Autodesk Revit 2011 Building Information Modelling (BIM) software which allows the generation of fully coordinated plans, elevations and schedules, together with 3D views, daylighting & energy studies and full option appraisal.

I am a chartered architect and interior designer with 25 years experience across all fields of architecture. I hold a BA(Hons) 3D Design (Interiors), BSc Architecture and in 1993 won a Distinction for my MA Architecture studies at the Royal College of Art for my work in eco-design. In 1994 I was Honours graduate in Professional Practice at the Architectural Association, London and was later elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts for my work in sustainable design and art & architecture.

I am committed to sustainable design across all projects large and small.
