G F Tomlinson provides the full range of building services including new build, refurbishment, restoration and building maintenance working in the Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Healthcare, Education and Leisure sectors.

We are fully proficient in all forms of procurement including Partnering, Design and Build, Traditional and Management Contracts, with over 65% of our annual work load being operated from collaborative working arrangements/partnerships with a range of key Clients.

We retain a valued Client base both in the Public and Private sector where our commitment to the highest standards of Quality, Service and Customer Care ensures the company enjoys a high incident of repeat business.

This commitment has been given official recognition by the company winning 15 Annual Joint Consultative Committee Craftsmanship Awards in the last 15 years for outstanding levels of workmanship. In addition to these we have also achieved gold, silver and 3 bronze awards in recent years on the National Considerate Constructors Scheme, in recognition of our high levels of Client Care and considerate working practice.
