The Fletcher name has been associated with house building in Shropshire for over 70 years. Whilst traditionaly a developer, Fletcher Homes has recently begun to look for other sources of work due to market conditions making speculative developments very difficult and it is anticipated that the design and build market as well as the traditional "eternal triangle" route of procurement will be a major part of the company's business in the coming months.
